- Scope: Deliverables, milestones and payment terms are set in each project agreement.
- Pricing: Quoted prices exclude GST unless stated; estimates are indicative.
- Liability: Subject to statutory rights, our liability is limited to re-performance or refund of fees paid.
Consumer guarantees (Australia)
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract. If you are a consumer, services must be provided with acceptable care and skill, fit for purpose and delivered within a reasonable time.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including re‑performance, refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Refunds & cancellations
For digital services or bespoke work, refunds are considered case-by-case. If work has commenced, refunds may be reduced to reflect time and costs incurred. For consumer rights under ACL, statutory remedies apply.
